Welcome back to the Lee baby boom!
Baylie (girl #2)
Bonnie (girl #3)
Benji (boy #2)
Barty (boy #3)
This is the point where I started using the bumpmapping and shader cheats. I don’t know if my game was already using those graphic features, but now it is.
Bonnie’s portrait is done. And Baylie’s?
Great. Guess Baylie and Bonnie are going to be here a little longer. So what else is going on today?
Jason has discovered logic! Good job.
Jason: “Yes, this makes logical sense. I’m a very logical person now, you know?”
It’s one point, dude.
A closeup of Benji’s glasses so we can all be disappointed in him.
Only one more second was needed to finish the portrait. Glad we waited all day for that, Krysten.
Krysten: “I have NEEDS, dammit!”
Baylie and Bonnie can finally get out of here!
Baylie: “Peace the fuck out, ‘rents.”
Jason: “We made her.”
Krysten: “There’s no one else to blame for that line of dialogue.”
And with only one maxed skill between both of them, they’re going to be living with Bernie, Brylee, and Lisa.
Anyways, Benji got into his dream career!
Krysten and Jason are going on a date in the hopes of fulfilling some wishes so they can drink some more elixir. Their age bars are way too close to being full. So they’re off in their new totally not tacky or embarrassing minivan!
Sims are always wanting to eat out when they’re on a date, so they went to a restaurant.
Krysten had a few romantic wants, and now they’re hungry enough to eat.
Aw, I love this.
They placed their order.
Krysten: “Before we eat, let’s toast!”
Jason: “To having eighteen more kids!”
Wait, what’s happening? Who are you?
Jason: *stares intensely at menu*
Soooo this townie just took Jason’s plate and is now eating it.
Sims 2: “Yes, this is a thing that can happen.”
I do not remember if they ended up getting any more food but what I do remember is that Jason was starving.
Pregnant Sims need comforting.
And with a some more lovey-dovey interactions, the date ends.
Unfortunately, since Jason is a knowledge Sim, he didn’t roll much that could be accomplished on a date. But Krysten did, so she gets some juice!
The house is overdue for some updates. This is the new living space and dining room.
Back of house hallway and kids bedrooms.
And an updated nursery and new portrait studio. Since I’m a dumb-dumb when it comes to building and especially in Sims 2, I accidentally deleted all the old portraits while removing walls during these renovations. So we’ll be making use of that studio very soon.
We’ve got a not terrible computer desk and chair now.
And there’s room for the bubble blower inside now. Right beside the toddler/kid block table, of course!
Even with EA glasses, the texture is still fucked up. *goes to google*
Ahhhhhh. Anytime I have a glitch, I should just consult Batbox first. Unfortunately, it doesn’t seem to have a fix for the carpool glitch. But, who knows. It’s hard for me to tell what some of the options even do.
Barty got a job in the slacker career. ‘Cause he’s such a slacker.
Krysten: “Oh, you’re having cheesecake?”
Jason: “Yes, I just had a weird craving!”
Krysten: “I’m familiar with that. Pregnancy is a hell of a thing.”
Sneaking in the cheesecake at bedtime doesn’t end up well for Jason.
Jason: “As a man of science, drowning in cheesecake is not how I want to go.”
